Annie-Claude Savard, Université Laval

Annie-Claude Savard is associate professor in the School of Social Work and Criminology at Laval University. Her work, rooted into a critical study of gambling, focuses on the social construction of individual and collective responsibility, the discourses conveyed by advertising and prevention messages, and the medicalization of issues related to gambling.
